dear sir,

i am writing this latter to complain about a problem with the laptop that purchased from your company approximately three month ago. as i work from home, I rely heavily on this equipment to perform my daily duties.

recently, the laptop has started shutting down unexpectedly, particularly when i a working with several applications at he same time. In addition, its battery drain very quickly, even after being fully charged. I have tried restarting the device and updating the software, but unfortunately, the problem still persists.

This issue is having a significant impact on my work. i lose all my important information when the laptop suddenly shut down, and i am also unable to attend online meetings without interruptions. As the result, i really faces many difficulties because of the laptop.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the laptop to b e repaired as soon as possible.
