You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the laptop that I purchased from your company, which is not working properly.

Regarding the problem, when I use my laptop it starts to hang in between my tasks. Moreover, during works screen glitches happens and I can not co-operate with other people during work.

As I am working from the home, most of the tasks I have to complete at home. Furthermore, during the meetings due to glitches I am not able to see anyone in zoom conference and because of this incovenience my impression in the job is not going well.

I would appreciate if you could arrange a replacement of my current laptop or else fix issue from the device, I can bring a laptop to you.

I hope you can find a solution as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you.
