• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding the laptop that I am using on daily basis for my job ,and it is not working properly, so i want to replace it. Around 3 months ago I bought Hp laptop from Best Buy Express.

To start with, I am Shreya Soni. I ordered laptop form Best buy in the month of March, and it was delivered on perfect time. It is not deniable that in starting my laptop was working properly, but after one month it some how shows glitches in it, and it shows the error regarding files saving, and i am not able to work on Microsoft office, as it shows some permission in it. Even when I am trying to send files by using any applications-I can not be able to share, because I could not even see those options in my laptop.

Following this, It is some how affecting my work on regular basics. I am completely drained now, it took around 3 day of time to complete one day work. I am feeling very pressure after having this problem.

I am requesting you to replace this item, and provide me new one. I already bought protection plan while buying that laptop, so i am eligible to get replacement.
