Answer :-
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the keyboard, which I bought last week from your shopping website online. It has caused an inconvenience, and disrupts my office work.
Firstly, As a I ordered cordless Microsoft keyboard, it has inability to connect by bluetooth with my Laptop, which is quite a disappointing experience. Moreover, some of the keys are not properly working, as they demonstrate it defective equipment.
It has extremely negative affect on my office work, as I am unable to do my important assignments on time, which creates a significant delay. In addition, it also provided me stress, because of improper organisation while working If this problem would not solve immediately, it could effect my job security.
I request kindly request you to exchange this valuable product as soon as possible, to avoid any inconvenience. Otherwise, please issue me a full refund as I can order this keyboard from another campany.
I hope for prompt resolution and thank you for kind consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Mohit kumar.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
You have successfully addressed all three bullet points in the prompt. You clearly described the technical issues with the keyboard, explained the negative impact on your work, and provided a clear request for a resolution (exchange or refund). The tone is appropriate for a formal letter of complaint. The ideas are relevant and well-developed, ensuring the reader understands the situation and the desired outcome. To reach a higher band, ensure that the explanation of the impact on your work is slightly more detailed, perhaps by mentioning specific tasks that are being delayed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter follows a logical structure with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a formal closing. You have used some cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Moreover', 'In addition', and 'Otherwise' to link your ideas. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by minor errors in sentence structure, such as the phrasing in the second paragraph. Paragraphing is used effectively to separate the problem, the impact, and the solution. To improve, ensure that transitions between sentences are smoother and avoid repetitive sentence starters.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message clearly. Phrases like 'express my dissatisfaction', 'prompt resolution', and 'kind consideration' are appropriate for a formal letter. There are some minor errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'demonstrate it defective equipment' (should be 'demonstrate that it is defective') and 'provided me stress' (should be 'caused me stress'). While these errors do not impede communication, they prevent the vocabulary from being considered sophisticated or highly precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are several grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'As a I ordered' (extra article), 'it has inability to connect' (missing article), and 'if this problem would not solve' (incorrect conditional structure). Additionally, there is a confusion between 'affect' and 'effect'. While these errors are noticeable, they do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles and conditional tenses.
