You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. Last week, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy book 6 ultra laptop from your shop for my work use. Today, I was working on the laptop and suddenly it hangs and when I press some keys and just what I can see is blackscreen.

However, I am working from home, so I was on important meeting with my team and suddenly I face this with my new laptop. I tried to start it again but i was anble to switch this on. Moreover, I called my friend and he gave me his laptop for an hour because I had to attend that meeting anyhow.

I want request you, I will come tomorrow at your store and can you please give me exchange or I would appriciate if you can give me my money back because now, I want to buy different samsung model. I am disappointing with this laptop.

I will see you tomorrow at 11:00 a.m..
