IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to draw an attention regarding the equipment that I use for my current work at my home has some issue. I would like you to fix that and send me the new and modern version of headset.

First of all, Issue with the headset is that I am not getting the proper sound or a voice. Not only about the sound but also the background voice that hurts my ears badly. In addition to this, I tried to fix the error of that and also, changed the battery. Even though, that problem was not resolved.

Secondly, Whenever I do phone calls to my clients or during meetings, I get some weird sound track or buzzing noise from the background and that cancels my meetings and creates conflicts at work place.

Additionally, I just want you to provide me the new headset with proper functioning without any errands with the advanced features.

Looking forward to prompt attention to resolving my issues about the headset.
