Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to convey my concern about the laptop I use for my office work. The laptop ID is [redacted phone].

Since last week, I have been experiencing some charging issues with the laptop I use for my office work. I have noticed that when I put the laptop on charge, it is not charging well, and I am assuming that charging port is the main issue.

I have to charge it more frequently, which waste time for me. I am not that person who like to put the thing on charge and work.

I would like you to please replace the laptop with the new one or it need to get repaired. I hope you consider my issue and solve the problem as soon as possible because it is affecting my work and I am unable to concentrate because of the frequent charging issue.
