You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writting a letter on the behalf of an an equipment that is laptop, which I bought last month from your shop. It is brand new belongs to compnay east link and it is under warranty. Last couple weeks, I called to customer care but I do not get any solution. I am working from home, laptop plays significant role during working hours.

The problem is in the battery, when I start my leptop, the will be died within 1-2 minutes. I have to plug in everytime and it affects on my electricity cost. Sometime during I make a presentation the window going to restart and I have to create task again and again.

I am working as a project manager, I have to build presentation according to my project but due to leptop problem, I am unable to submit data on time, my company and client anger with me.

So my request is if it is possible to change a brand of leptop or could you replace a battery and window because it is under warranty.
