You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope yiu are doing well. i am writing this letter to tender a complaint anbout the hewlett-packward laptop supplied to me from your company.

Firstly, a major issue i am having with this system is it has a very low battery life and this makes it inconvenient for me to carry out task for an extended hours. Furthermore, it has a very low storage capacity which makes it really insufficient to store useful data and files needed for my job.

Moreover, this issue is affecting my work because it makes it difficult to meet up with my targets and communicate with my colleagues which we all work together to achieve a particular goal.

I would he glag if the organization help me replace with a better battery capacity. A larger storage memory. I would appreciate if my request is given due considerstion.
