You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir,

I am writitng this letter regarding faulty equipments.

my name is shraddha. Currently i am working at assistant project manager and i am working from home as well. my major issues is conducting the compay's laptop and printer. it suddently stop while i was chating with our internation client it put me bother situation. also it buffering a lot as well as it need to alter its bettary.

Secondly, printer does printing problem and wifi connection as well.i would like to either replace or provide new products. it cause me certain way like take longer than before. i hope company will conseder my request as major issue due to its work.
