Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report a serious hardware failure with the Desktop Computer that I purchased from your retail store on September 10th.
The primary issue involves the motherboard and the main cooling fan. Randomly during operation, the computer screen turns completely blank, and the system restarts automatically without saving open files. Furthermore, the internal fan Makes a loud Scraping noise whenever the processor is load.
As a remote software developer working entirely from home, this unexpected technical defect is severely Affecting my daily work productivity. I am completely unable to run heavy software simulations because the system crashes mid-process. Consequently, I have already missed two major project deadlines this week.
Since this computer is well within its Complete one-year warranty period, I request that you either send a senior technician to repair it or provide a complete replacement. I look forward to receiving your urgent response to this matter.
