You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my concern for a computer that I have received it from our company. In my computer, microphone has stopped working which is causing problems during a call.

I have been using this computer for two years and all of sudden, microphone stopped working during a call yesterday. As a result, I could not connect to any client. Currently, I am working remotely in sales department.

I need another laptop on urgent basis. Could you please arrange me a spare laptop which supports primavera, SAP and other softwares? It would be very beneficial because we have recently started to use it for tracking.

Can you please arrange someone to pick up the deskop so our IT team can fix this problems at our office? I would also like you to provide me an temporary computer in order to run the operation. Please let me know if you need any further information about computer issues. I look forward to hearing from you.
