Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You cover the main points: you explain that you lack a laptop and printer, describe using a mobile phone to prepare reports and assignments, and ask the company to provide the equipment or reimburse a purchase. This makes your purpose understandable. However, the letter does not clearly describe a fault with a piece of equipment supplied by the company; it presents a shortage of equipment instead. The opening, “I am on of you worker in your company,” also leaves the relationship with the recipient unclear. The request is relevant, but details such as which equipment is needed and how reimbursement would be arranged could be clearer. Addressing these points would make the response more complete and precise.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a generally coherent sequence: you introduce the situation, explain the effect on your work, make a request, and close politely. Paragraphing helps separate these stages, and links such as “so” and “because” show some relationships between ideas. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical or unclear. For example, “so that it effects on my work” does not clearly connect the lack of equipment to the consequences, and “if you not abke to arrange” introduces the alternative request awkwardly. Some ideas are repeated, particularly the effect on completing work on time. Use clearer transitions and pronouns, and organise the request and its alternative in a more direct sequence.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough task-related vocabulary to communicate the basic situation, including “laptop,” “printer,” “reports,” “assignments,” and “purchase.” However, the range is limited and several spelling or word-choice errors make the letter less clear or professional, such as “pritner,” “assinments,” “abke,” and “promt.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “important equipment which i daily used” and “share you bill.” Choose more precise expressions and check spelling carefully. For example, you could refer to “the equipment I need to carry out my duties” and say that you will “submit the receipt for reimbursement.” This would make the request sound more appropriate for a formal business letter.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

Your response relies mainly on simple sentence patterns, with a few attempts to connect ideas using “when,” “so,” and “if.” These attempts show some range, but many sentences contain errors in verb forms, articles, agreement, and punctuation. For instance, “when i am did my work at office” has an incorrect verb construction, while “its helped me” and “i am not able to complet my work” show problems with verb form. Capitalisation and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent, as in “printer.its helped me.” These errors sometimes make the reader work to understand the message. Practise accurate past and present forms, and use a few controlled complex sentences alongside clear simple ones.
