Student answer (Band 5.0)

In a current era many vistors are visting place where situation are crictical, like Sahara desert or the Antarctic. No people wanted to challenge them in a harder condition to experience a difficuilt things.

in this essay we will discuss that many people can vist those places where the risk of danger or a death is greater this is becaue some people mindset is to show off that he was very brave this is the main reason and other is that some people have dream to cross the desert . It also have some advantage some of this are given below that when a man put them in a harder situation then the man do not scared because it become a brave men which is very substantial and i think this quality must be predominant in every man furthermore the person has such a qualties can make important decsion about their life whith full confidence. And it also has many other benifits. For instance my friend also has intrested to travel in the dangerous place recently he vist sahara of blochistan and it has many qualties.

In the other hand it also has few disadvantage which i think is greter then its advantages . Firstly that when the tourists are visting dangerous sahara are some people travel in Antarctic tey have a high risk to lose life because in those area weather is very unfair many people can give thie lif in this places just to get experience aabout this area

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both benefits and disadvantages, and you give relevant examples, including the idea of crossing a desert and your friend’s visit to the Sahara. However, the discussion is only partially developed. The benefits are mainly described as becoming brave and making decisions confidently, without explaining how visiting extreme environments leads to these outcomes. The disadvantage of losing one’s life is relevant, but it is not expanded with other risks or a clear example. Your opening also introduces motives such as showing off, but these do not directly answer the benefits-and-disadvantages question. Develop each main point with a clear explanation and a specific supporting example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some organisation: you introduce the topic, discuss benefits, and then signal a move to disadvantages with “In the other hand.” This gives the reader a basic sense of the response’s direction. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow because several ideas are crowded into one long paragraph, and the response ends before the disadvantage discussion is fully developed. Linking phrases such as “furthermore” and “for instance” are attempted, but connections between claims are sometimes unclear or repetitive. Use separate paragraphs for the introduction, benefits, disadvantages, and conclusion. Within each paragraph, present one main idea, explain it, and then support it with an example.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt some topic-related vocabulary, including “risk,” “danger,” “confidence,” and “Antarctic,” and you try to express ideas such as bravery and decision-making. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, for example “crictical,” “difficuilt,” and “qualties.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “weather is very unfair” and “get experience about this area.” Repetition of “dangerous,” “harder,” and “many” further limits precision. Build a more accurate set of expressions for extreme travel, such as “harsh conditions,” “life-threatening risks,” and “personal resilience,” and check spelling and collocations carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to combine ideas using clauses and connectors, as in “when a man put them in a harder situation then the man do not scared,” but complex sentences are often faulty and can make the meaning unclear. Errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction: “No people wanted,” “It also have,” and “a man … the man” show inconsistent forms and number. Several sentences run together without clear punctuation, while the final sentence is incomplete. These patterns limit the range and accuracy of the writing. Practise building clear simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, checking that each sentence has a complete subject and verb and that verb forms agree.
