IELTS Writing Task 1 question
A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children's sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter
- describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
- summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
- say how you think the company should spend the money
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:

I hope you are doing well. Firstly I want to thank you for taking feedback.
According to me, if you sponsor the sports team of children it is very beneficial for the upcoming generation because instead of playing on electronic devices they will give more focus on outdoor as well and they can get chance to show their talent and get opportunity to grow in their life.
On the other hand, spending money on the concert is also good like the people can enjoy their leisure time with their near ones because everyone is busy in their hectic schedule.
According to my perception, the company should spend money on the sports because it can help to children to grow their career in the sports who they are interesting. I hope you will think once about it.
