IELTS Writing Task 1 question
A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children's sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter
- describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
- summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
- say how you think the company should spend the money
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to provide my feedback whether it would be beneficial for you to sponsor youth team for period of two years for sport or to provide funding for open air concert.
From my perspective,it would be a great opportunity for children to participate in sport who has never got a chance to do that because of lack of funding. As you know, there is a little sport from goverment in sports sector,even the one who has interest cannot pursue it as career.
Another option is provide funding for open concert,I think it would be best way to bring people from all communities together for spending qaulity
time. Everyone wil get to know each other. Anyone who has not been able to attend concerts in their lifetime would be able to experience the feeling of seeing a famous singer in front of them.
From my opionion, you should support open concerts.
