Dear Sir/Madam,
I am glad to hear that a big company is going to invest either for two years to a sport team of children or spend money for two concerts . Spending money on sports team would be encouraging youth to participant in different sports which they interested in . Moreover, it provides a clear direction to their career if they wanted to start in this field. Also, this support enhances their physical and mental strength and boost their confident .
On the other hand, paying for the concerts allows new artists a chance to show their talent in front of local public which they are seeking for from long time. By this, these artists would fulfill their desire goals and would achieve name and fame. Furthermore, people can enjoy these kind of shows in their local area which refresh their energy.
Because of the above advantages, I believe that the company ought to be spend money any of one activities, so that youth would get motivated .
Thank you for giving me an opportunity .
Your Sincerely,
Alex

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter addresses all three bullet points of the prompt. You have described the benefits of the sports team and the concerts, and you have provided a recommendation. However, the final recommendation is somewhat vague; you suggest the company should spend money on 'any of one activities,' which lacks clarity and fails to fully justify why one choice is superior to the other. To reach a higher band, ensure your position is clearly stated and supported by a more definitive argument. The ideas are relevant, but the development could be more specific to ensure the reader fully understands your reasoning.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is organized into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Moreover,' 'Also,' and 'On the other hand' to transition between ideas. However, some of these transitions feel slightly mechanical. The progression of ideas is logical, but the connection between sentences could be smoother. For instance, the final paragraph is a bit abrupt. To improve, try to vary your linking words and ensure that each paragraph flows naturally into the next, creating a more cohesive overall structure.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey your message, such as 'invest,' 'encouraging,' and 'talent.' However, there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'desire goals' instead of 'desired goals' and 'refresh their energy' which is not a standard collocation. Additionally, there are minor errors in word formation, such as 'participant' instead of 'participate.' To improve, focus on learning common collocations and ensuring that you use the correct form of words in context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is good. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include 'invest either for two years to a sport team' (preposition error), 'which they interested in' (missing verb 'are'), and 'ought to be spend money' (incorrect verb form). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they are frequent enough to impact the overall fluency. Focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of passive and active voice to improve your accuracy.
