Respectable Sir, if your company gave a sports team, it will be good for us. First our kids take interest in outdoor activities. Not only they will be good in their physical health but also, their bones will be strong. However, At the initial stage children will learn more for this activity. It has a beneficial decision for us.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The letter addresses all three bullet points, but the response is partially off-topic in the final paragraph. You were asked to choose between the sports team and the concerts, but you instead suggested building a hospital, which was not an option provided in the prompt. While the benefits of the sports team and concerts are discussed, the development of these ideas is somewhat simplistic and repetitive. To improve, ensure you strictly follow the instructions provided in the prompt and provide more detailed, logical support for your chosen option rather than introducing an entirely new, irrelevant suggestion.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The letter is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the awkward transition 'On the one hand' which is not followed by a corresponding 'On the other hand'. Some sentences lack logical flow, particularly in the second paragraph where the connection between physical health and the 'initial stage' is unclear. Improving the use of linking words like 'furthermore', 'consequently', or 'in contrast' would help create a smoother progression of ideas between and within paragraphs.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, with several errors in word choice and collocation. For example, you use 'grate' instead of 'great' and 'happening' incorrectly in the opening. Phrases like 'provide us a one sports team' and 'introduce their area with happy emotions' are unnatural and imprecise. To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more precise vocabulary related to community events and sponsorship, and pay closer attention to spelling and standard English collocations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including issues with verb tenses ('will happening', 'if your company gave'), subject-verb agreement, and sentence structure. Many sentences are simple, and attempts at more complex structures often result in errors that can cause some difficulty for the reader. For instance, 'It has a beneficial decision for us' is grammatically incorrect. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring correct tense usage, and proofreading for common errors like missing articles or incorrect prepositions.
