Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I heard your chemical company is earning profit more than expacted in our area, so company owner decided to spend significant percentage of profit for children's sports team for couple of years or pay for couple open-air concerts.
Although, you should sponsor local children's sports team for two years because we have best sports team but lake of support. So, they can not play for the state or national lavel. moreover, they need some money to for equipment, practice, and guide who can give some feedback.
However, concerts are also vital for society because nowadays people are tiring after work and need something new for refreshments. If you are sponsering concerts for couple of days that should be great for entertainment.
In my opinion, I would like to request you if you can sponsor children's sports team because that can decide their career and most of the children are belong to the vulnerable family and they really need your assist to make their future. I am also spending some amount of money from my salary and helping them to purchage some equiment, you can also contect me if you would like to help them. my contect number is [redacted phone].
I will look forward for your response.
Your sincerly,

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
You have addressed all parts of the prompt: describing the benefits of the sports team, the benefits of the concerts, and providing a clear recommendation. Your position is consistent throughout the letter. However, the development of ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, while you mention that the sports team needs equipment and guidance, expanding on how the company's sponsorship would specifically change their situation (e.g., providing professional coaching or travel opportunities) would have strengthened your argument. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter, though some phrasing is slightly informal, such as 'I heard your chemical company is earning profit'. Overall, you have fulfilled the requirements of the task effectively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each serving a specific purpose. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Although', 'moreover', and 'However' to link your ideas. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as starting a sentence with 'Although' when it is not followed by a main clause that contrasts with the subordinate one. Additionally, some transitions between sentences feel a bit abrupt. Improving the flow between sentences by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that referencing (e.g., 'that', 'these') is precise would help you achieve a higher band score.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, allowing you to convey your message clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'sponsorship', 'equipment', and 'vulnerable'. However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'lake of support' (lack of support), 'national lavel' (national level), 'people are tiring' (people are tired), and 'purchage some equiment' (purchase some equipment). These errors do not impede communication, but they do highlight a need for more precise vocabulary and better attention to spelling. Expanding your range to include more sophisticated synonyms would improve your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is appropriate for this task. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including issues with articles ('the' children's sports team), verb forms ('are belong to'), and prepositions. Some sentences are also slightly fragmented or lack necessary articles, such as 'guide who can give some feedback'. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they are frequent enough to impact the overall fluency of the writing. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and article usage will help you improve your accuracy.
