You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Student answer (Band 7.5)
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my enthusiastic support for the development initiatives recently proposed by your company for our neighborhood.
First of all, I truly appreciate your team taking the time to invest in our community’s growth. Sponsoring the local children’s sports team, in particular, offers numerous benefits. On one level, this initiative will enhance young people's athletic skills while raising awareness about the importance of leading an active lifestyle. Moreover, it creates a crucial opportunity for underprivileged children who lack the financial means to develop their athletic talents and participate in structured sports.
In addition, hosting local concerts is another wonderful proposal. Live events cater to residents of all age groups, offering a welcome chance to unwind with family and friends after a long year of hard work. These gatherings will also serve as a great platform for neighbors to connect and foster a stronger sense of community.
Ultimately, if I were to choose where to direct the funding, I would strongly advocate allocating resources toward the sports teams over the next two years. Sustained support in this area will yield long-term physical and mental health benefits for our youth.
Thank you for seeking community input on these matters. I look forward to seeing these wonderful plans come to fruition.
Yours faithfully,
Cathy Karen
