Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to give you my feedback on your plan to spend money on sponsoring a local childre's sports team for two years or oaying for two open-air concerts.
First of all, sponsoring the sports team has many benefits. First, it helps children stay healthy and active, which is very necessary for their overall grown up. Also, it is teach teamwork and discipline and also, encourage to participate in sports activities.
Secondly, the open-air concerts are also gives many benefits. They can provide entartainment and also they help to relax after busy weeks. Also, it creates friendly atmosphere and it helps to people get to connect with eachothers.
I would think that, if your company should spend the money on the sports team because it gives very good impanct on children's health and overall development.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The response covers all parts of the prompt satisfactorily, showing that the writer understands the requirements of the task. You have addressed the three bullet points by describing the benefits of the sports team sponsorship, summarising the advantages of the concerts, and stating a clear preference for how the money should be spent. The ideas presented are generally relevant, such as mentioning that the sports team helps children stay healthy and disciplined, and that concerts provide entertainment and relaxation. However, some of these ideas remain a little under-developed and lack extension or specific supporting details. To move towards a higher band, you would need to expand more fully on each point with deeper explanations or concrete examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
Your letter has a clear overall arrangement and follows a logical structure, moving appropriately from the introduction to the individual points and a final conclusion. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to separate your ideas into distinct blocks. You make use of basic cohesive devices such as 'First of all', 'Secondly', and 'Also' to guide the reader through the text. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive, with 'Also' appearing multiple times in close proximity. Referencing is also occasionally unclear or imprecise, which prevents the progression from feeling completely smooth. To improve further, you should incorporate a wider variety of transitional phrases and ensure that ideas flow naturally into one another.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, successfully communicating your general message, but it shows a limited range. You attempt some less common vocabulary, such as 'overall development' and 'friendly atmosphere', but these attempts are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling. For instance, words like 'childre's', 'oaying', 'grown up' (used as a noun), 'entartainment', and 'impanct' contain spelling and morphological mistakes. These errors indicate a need for greater precision and control over lexical items. To achieve a higher score, you should focus on expanding your vocabulary range, using correct word forms, and checking your spelling carefully to ensure your choices are both natural and accurate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
Your writing displays a mix of simple and some complex sentence forms, demonstrating a basic command of English grammar. You successfully produce recognizable structures and attempt complex patterns, such as conditional clauses in 'if your company should spend the money'. However, there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues like 'the open-air concerts are also gives', incorrect verb forms such as 'it is teach', and awkward prepositions or phrasing like 'helps to people get to connect with eachothers'. These errors do not entirely impede communication, but they occur with enough frequency to hold the grammar score back. To improve, you should pay closer attention to verb tenses, subject-verb concord, and removing unnecessary words from grammatical structures.
