Student answer (Band 5.5)
There are split opinions regardin children's leisure time. some people argue that children should take part in organised group activities whereas, another group of individuals say that children should learn that how to organise group activities by themselves. This essay will discuss both perspectives before explaining why I support a combination of measures.
At the outset, talking about the encouragment to take part in planned group activities have many reasons. Children can learn team work, time management, sharing, enhance communication skill, understanding, build friendship and many more. they do not need to worry about planning because at the small age it is difficult to plan activities with limited sourses. The first one to prove my is team work, children can build skill to work in team with different mindset of friends coming with numerous ideas and suggestion to do one project or activities in certain amount of timeline. For instance, Child who is only one child in his family, if he is taking part in group avtivities then he has numerous opportunities with activity like he can make friends, improve knowledge, build relationship, time management and etcetera.
On the contrary, the other group of individuals counter claim the mentioned sentence. According to them children should learn how to occupy team activities by themselves because it plays an important role in their life. They can learn importance of time because aftre study they have just few hours and weekend to plan everything. Moreover, they can learn team management as they have to plan numerous thing in short time. For example, kids are planing for small gethering party then they have to plan purchase dinks and some snacks and a small music system and many more.
In my opinion they have to learn

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response is incomplete, as it ends abruptly in the middle of the final paragraph. While you have introduced both perspectives and started to discuss them, the failure to complete the essay means the task is not fully addressed. The position is stated in the introduction, but the lack of a conclusion and the incomplete development of the final opinion significantly impact the score. To improve, ensure you allocate enough time to fully develop your arguments and provide a clear, finished conclusion that summarises your position.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay uses basic cohesive devices like 'At the outset', 'On the contrary', and 'Moreover' to link ideas. However, the logical progression is hindered by the incomplete nature of the text. Paragraphing is present, but the abrupt ending makes the overall structure feel unfinished. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the phrase 'the mentioned sentence', which does not clearly refer back to the previous argument. Using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would improve the flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'organised group activities', 'time management', and 'counter claim'. However, there are several spelling errors ('regardin', 'sourses', 'avtivities', 'gethering', 'dinks') and some awkward phrasing ('at the small age', 'planing for small gethering party'). These errors are noticeable and occasionally distract the reader. To reach a higher band, focus on accurate spelling and more precise collocations, such as 'at a young age' instead of 'at the small age'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('talking about the encouragment... have many reasons') and missing articles or incorrect word forms ('learn that how to organise', 'Child who is only one child'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of errors is high. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement will help improve your accuracy.
