There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.

Dear Tiwari,

I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to suggest some possible solutions to address the dissatisfaction faced by our visitors in the reception area.

Among several complaints, I've shortlisted some common problems. Firstly, there are not enough chairs and as a result lobby becomes crowded. Many people are seen standing for hours until their query is sorted out. Secondly, there are not enough dustbin in the area and this has led rubbish to scattered everywhere making it look dirty.

As reception area is vital area of our office. It handles most of the enquiries and guide visitors to the relevant department. Additonally, it is also considered as a waiting area for most of our guests.

I believe adding more chairs in the lobby area will look more organized as many people will be able to sit and wait. Also, installing few more dustbin around the corners will help to look the area neat and clean.

I hope you will take my suggestion seriously and make those necessary changes.
