I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email for getting suggestion from you to make changes in the reception area.

Firstly, I would like to share some complaints which are related to the online requests and lack of the space for waiting area.

In addition, there are various reasons why the reception area is important to make changes in this. It should be clean and neat to provide good ambience to the visitors.

Lastly, please provide your ideas to make improvements in this area.
