Here are the issues made by the visitors, they do not have enough space to sit while waiting, and more then one staff can be present in the reception desk to reduce the waiting persiod of people. Water facilities and air conditioer should be installed in area which inhance the experience of people whle wating.
Reception area is very crucial to attract many visitors, if they come and see beautifule ambiance they can probably do their bookig for our service. It will benefited for the organization in long term and people can discuss this with other through social media or any other way which increase the value of our company.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses all three bullet points of the prompt: describing complaints, explaining the importance of the reception area, and suggesting improvements. The ideas are relevant and clearly presented. However, the development of these points is somewhat basic, and the tone is occasionally inconsistent for a formal letter to a manager. While the purpose is clear, the letter would benefit from more professional phrasing and a more cohesive structure to fully develop the arguments. The content is sufficient to meet the requirements of the task, but it lacks the depth and sophistication required for a higher band score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, each focusing on a specific part of the prompt. There is a clear progression of ideas from the introduction to the conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally repetitive (e.g., 'Here are the issues', 'Here are some way'). Some transitions between sentences feel abrupt, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the second paragraph where the connection between the complaints and the suggestions could be smoother. Overall, the paragraphing is appropriate, but the flow could be improved with more varied linking words.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several spelling errors (e.g., 'organiation', 'dissatisafaction', 'visitiors', 'quaries', 'persiod', 'inhance', 'wating', 'beautifule', 'bookig', 'moderanised', 'wirder', 'launge', 'televison'). These errors are frequent and occasionally distract the reader, though they do not impede overall communication. The range of vocabulary is limited to common, everyday words. To achieve a higher score, you should focus on using more precise terminology related to office management and customer service, and ensure greater accuracy in spelling.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The response uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('It will benefited'), incorrect word forms ('art work can be done by professional'), and awkward phrasing ('writing this letter to dissatisafaction of our reception area'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are several run-on sentences and comma splices. While the meaning is usually clear, the frequency of errors in basic grammar and sentence construction prevents the writing from reaching a higher band level.
