There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

Dear James,

I am glad to help you improving the reception area. First of all, there are mainly two types of complaints we often receive, long queues and unprofessional service. To say, the number of visitors has rose significantly but we still have only one receptionist in which results in long queue. Also, current front desk guy is still in training, hence he is lacking proper service.

As we know, the receptions is very important for the company due to the business we get from walk-in clients. We must improve this service.

For improving, we must have a senior staff to train the new guy properly and should help him until the new guy is ready to do everything at his own. Furthermore, as the business has grown, it is the time to have another person at the front desk to make the waiting time shorter. Not only this but new computers are also needed as the one we have are very slow.

I hope if we implement these changes, we can improve all the problems.
