Dear Sir,
I am writing in response to your request about receiption area, I would also provide you public feedback and reaction which I have seen over the time. We have no sitting space for the general public, so they have to wait very long time while visiting us and they usually standing and leaning around. We also need to add another computer for the long queue.
The reception area is first interaction point for visitor about our company, If they are not satisfy from the services at the reception area so how they can trust our services for a long run.
In addition, I will request you to refurbised the enitre reception area and make a totally new design in which we can make reception area littler bigger and widder. We also can add some seats in the reception area so general public can relaxed and read about our business and services.
Thank you for considering my oponion, I hope you will redesign the reception area which brings the greatest long-term benifits for our company.
Thank You,
Your Faithfully,
Ali

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt: describing the complaints, explaining the importance of the reception area, and suggesting improvements. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a manager. However, the development of your ideas is somewhat limited. For example, while you mention the need for a computer, you do not explain how this would specifically resolve the complaints. To reach a higher band, ensure that your suggestions are more detailed and directly linked to the problems identified. The overall structure is clear, and the purpose of the letter is evident throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is logically organized into paragraphs, each focusing on a specific aspect of the task. You use some cohesive devices such as 'In addition' and 'I am writing in response to', which help the flow of the text. However, the transition between sentences is sometimes a bit mechanical, and there are instances where the logical progression could be smoother. For example, the jump from discussing the computer to the importance of the reception area is slightly abrupt. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would enhance the overall coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey your message, but there are several spelling errors, such as 'receiption', 'refurbised', 'enitre', 'widder', 'oponion', and 'benifits'. These errors are frequent enough to be noticeable, although they do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning. You use some relevant business-related terms like 'services' and 'long-term benefits', but the range is somewhat limited. To improve, focus on accuracy in spelling and try to incorporate more precise vocabulary related to office environments and professional communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include 'they usually standing' (missing auxiliary verb), 'If they are not satisfy' (incorrect form of adjective), and 'Your Faithfully' (incorrect pronoun usage). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma splices in the first paragraph. While your meaning is generally clear, these errors occur frequently and occasionally distract the reader. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement, correct verb forms, and consistent use of punctuation.
