There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

Dear Sam, I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you about the complaints, we received last months about reception area. The significant one is reception area look. An enormous number of people complaint that it look so boring and gives the negative vibes. Another one is elevator has slow processing system, it takes lot of time to reach 5 floor. Moreover, sitting era can be made more comfortable while waiting at reception. Furthermore, reception area is most important area. Because it represents the overall reputation of our company. I believe that, we can attract more customer with modification in that area.

In Addition to this, we can change colour of walls as the shone is not visible as before. And some decoration may help to make it more aesthetic. Lastly, I believe changing furtniture may also be helpful. I hope you like my advice.
