There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.

Dear Sir,

I am formally writing on the follow up of the feedback for the reception area on addressing the issue employees face everyday and what improvements can be done.

The predominant issue faced by employees is the malfunctioned Air Conditioned, getting turned off occasionally. Moreover, torned leather of the chairs provide negative impact on the company's image.

The reception area is the most crucial portion of the company reflecting the image of the company. Majority of the meetings takes place in the reception area, serving the relationship between employees and guests.

The improvements of the reception area could be done in several ways; by installation of new Air conditioned and chairs. Moreover, refreshments should be displayed and offered to guests. Additionally, the interiors should be improved to create greater impact on company's image.
