Dear Sir,

The main reason for the complaints we received is that excessive waiting time and high level of noise environment. Furthermore, no one is following the rules and regulations that we posted on walls. This situation has caused a lot of inconvenience in worker's life. The reception are is vital because it is the main sign of our company reputations and progress as every small works we can start by that place. Everyone need to fist visit to update their visit near reception so it is one of the most essential place for everyone.

There are few of steps that we can take to modify this errors. Firstly, we all should follow some rules and regulations to find practical solutions. Secondly, we should all work together for positive result. Additionally, we can arrange effective appointments that no one have to wait long time.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points of the task: describing the complaints, explaining the importance of the reception, and suggesting improvements. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For example, your suggestions for improvement—such as 'follow some rules' and 'work together'—are quite vague and lack the specific, practical detail expected in a professional letter. To improve, try to provide concrete examples, such as 'installing a digital check-in system' or 'hiring a dedicated receptionist.' While the tone is appropriate for a formal letter, the content needs more depth to fully satisfy the requirements of the prompt.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is organized into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use basic cohesive devices like 'Firstly,' 'Secondly,' and 'Additionally' to structure your suggestions. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes hindered by grammatical errors and awkward phrasing, such as 'no one have to wait long time.' The transition between the description of the complaints and the importance of the reception area is a bit abrupt. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that your referencing (e.g., using 'this' or 'these' to refer back to previous ideas) is more precise.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your message clearly. You use some relevant business-related terms like 'rules and regulations,' 'inconvenience,' and 'appointments.' However, there are instances of imprecise word choice and minor errors, such as 'modify this errors' (should be 'correct these errors') and 'every small works' (should be 'every small task'). The range of vocabulary is somewhat limited and relies on simple phrasing. To improve, try to incorporate more sophisticated collocations and avoid repetitive structures, which will help demonstrate a more flexible command of the language.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include 'express few of suggestions' (missing 'a'), 'reception are is' (typo), 'everyone need to fist visit' (subject-verb agreement and spelling), and 'no one have to wait' (should be 'has'). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they occur frequently enough to impact the overall fluency. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement, correct article usage, and proofreading for basic spelling errors to ensure your writing is more polished.
