There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you regarding the recent complaints we recieve
many complaint have been made by our visitors regarding the ongoing security screening process where guests have been treated rudely by our security person, Moreover, some objections were made by our staff members,where they found the security guards either found sleeping at front entrance or either using mobile which significantly breaching the security code of conducts severely.
In regarding the importance of reception, it is the main area where our visitors are expecting customer service at most So that, they can feel welcome and greet. Additionally, guest can found information regarding our company's schedule and important day to day notices. Hence, the reception area should be operated by experienced receptionist.
