Dear Sir,

Letter to suggest some alternatives to improve the reception area of the company.

To start with, there are a lot of complaints come from visitors about the reception area of the industry. The first is people find the area is very congested to sit and stand, whereas, the information desk is not working properly to guide the people about today's plan. Secondly, some basic requirements to welcome the guests are missing.

Moving further, as you know, reception area represent a company's front face to the visitors because they are waiting over there for the upcoming interviews and works. Besides this, people find this place as attractive because of the ambience for clicking the pictures.

Lastly, I would like to suggest you some possible measures to improve the condition of reception areas by providing a welcome drink to the customers and install a two sofas with table to make the sitting arrangement good.
