hi sir
i hope you are well so i am writing this letter about how we can manage vistors area . as you know we recieved lot of explain like at the reception are customore put often review about less space and sitting area and about to many waiting . so i suggest you some new thing added to at our reception area we need to hire some proffesional recepictist which talk with custmore very politly and hire one cleaner person for cleaning and give water or coffee or tea to custmore. mostly people preffer to visit those places where they feel fresh and comfortable so thats why we need to make enviorment of reception . although we have to make appointment according to time because sometime custmore wait lot of time which is not a good indication for us people. istead of these i suggest to put one screeen in waiting area people watch it how more much time they need wait and how much time it will take .
thank you

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the main points by mentioning complaints about limited space, seating and long waits, explaining that visitors should feel comfortable, and suggesting a receptionist, cleaning, refreshments, appointments and a waiting-time screen. These are relevant ideas, so the purpose of the letter is generally clear. However, some points are only briefly stated: for example, you do not explain how the screen would provide accurate updates, and the importance of reception could be linked more directly to visitors’ first impressions of the company. The complaints are also difficult to identify in places because the wording is unclear. To strengthen the response, explain each complaint plainly and develop a few practical suggestions with their benefits.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The ideas are broadly relevant and follow a loose sequence from complaints to possible improvements, with linking expressions such as “as you know,” “so,” and “although.” However, the response is presented as one long block, so the reader has to work to distinguish the complaints, the importance of the area, and the recommendations. Several links are also unclear or repetitive, and “although” does not introduce a clear contrast in its sentence. Use separate paragraphs for these three functions, and connect each suggestion directly to the problem it addresses. A clearer progression and more accurate use of linking words would make the letter easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “reception area,” “waiting area,” “appointment,” and “comfortable.” However, spelling errors and imprecise or unnatural expressions often make the message difficult to understand, as in “lot of explain,” “customore,” and “make enviorment of reception.” Some words are repeated, particularly “custmore” and “wait,” and the tone is not consistently appropriate for a letter to a manager: “hi sir” is too informal. Build a more accurate set of workplace phrases and check spelling carefully. For example, describe “complaints about limited seating” and recommend “providing refreshments” rather than relying on unclear wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to combine ideas in longer sentences, for example with “because” and “which,” and the reader can understand the general purpose. However, sentence boundaries and grammatical patterns are often inaccurate. The opening runs several clauses together without appropriate punctuation, while “we need to hire some professional receptionist” lacks a clear plural or article pattern. In “people watch it how more much time they need wait,” the question structure and verb pattern are not controlled. Use shorter, complete sentences first, then add complex clauses accurately. Check articles, plural forms, verb patterns and punctuation, especially where one sentence currently contains several separate recommendations.
