Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you identify poor network facilities and insufficient staffing, explain that reception affects the company’s reputation and productivity, and suggest upgrading the network and hiring another employee. These ideas are relevant and your purpose is clear. However, the complaints are described mainly as operational problems, rather than specific visitor complaints, and the importance of reception is explained briefly. The proposed solutions would be stronger if you linked them directly to visitors’ experience—for example, explaining how better staffing would reduce waiting or improve assistance. The letter has an appropriate opening and closing, but a more suitably formal salutation and a clearer request for your manager’s consideration would make it more effective.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a coherent overall arrangement: it introduces the issue, describes the problems, explains why reception matters, and then offers solutions. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and phrases such as “To add to it” and “To tackle with mentioned problems” signal connections between ideas. Some linking is mechanical or unclear, however. For instance, “The primary situation” does not clearly introduce a complaint, and the long sentence beginning “It is certain that company reputation” combines several points without clear punctuation. The relationship between poor network service and visitors’ complaints could also be made more explicit. Use straightforward topic sentences and connect each proposed improvement directly to the problem it addresses.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant workplace vocabulary, including “network facility,” “data management,” “company reputation,” and “productivity,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range and control are limited by repeated or imprecise expressions, and several word choices or spellings make the letter less natural. For example, “primary situation” is vague, “surging up demands” is not an appropriate collocation, and “receptoin,” “thier,” and “emplyee” contain spelling errors. “Seamless benefits” also does not clearly describe the intended result. Aim for precise, conventional business language and check spelling carefully; this will make your meaning easier to follow and your tone more professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional idea about how staff behaviour affects productivity. The main message is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors recur and occasionally make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Examples include “staff finding it really difficult to making,” where the verb pattern is incorrect, and “I wants to mention,” where the subject and verb do not agree. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention: “company reputation” needs an article or possessive, while the sentence beginning “If there behaviour polite” is incomplete and should be joined or rewritten. Practise accurate verb patterns, agreement, and complete sentences, then proofread punctuation and capitalisation.
