I would like to suggest few changes in reception area, we can increase the space of reception. Also add sofa's and LED for client comfort, to avoid suffocation and bustling. We should assign staff for proper call and email managements,It will keep the reception area well oriented.
I hope you would like to agree with the suggestions.I hope for positive response.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three points: you describe complaints about limited space, busy phone lines, lack of seating and entertainment; explain that reception creates a first impression; and suggest more space, sofas, a screen and staff to manage calls and emails. This gives the letter a clear purpose and relevant content. The explanation of importance is less fully developed: “It represents the entire office” and “develop the first image” identify the role, but you could explain how a welcoming, efficient reception affects visitors’ confidence in the company. Some suggestions also need clearer detail, such as what the screen would provide or how staff would improve service. Developing these points would make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: complaints come first, followed by the importance of reception and then proposed improvements. This sequence helps the reader follow your purpose, and phrases such as “The most important part” and “I would like to suggest” signal the shifts between sections. However, connections within paragraphs are sometimes mechanical, particularly the repeated use of “There is” and “I hope.” Some ideas are also presented as fragments, for example “Basic information about office timing,” which interrupts the flow of the explanation. Use complete sentences and link related points more smoothly—for instance, connect the lack of seating and limited space to the discomfort visitors experience. A more conventional closing would also make the letter feel more polished.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main concerns and recommendations, including “bustling,” “disorganized,” “management” and “positive response.” The wording is generally understandable, but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural and limit precision. For example, “sitting arrangement” is less natural than “seating,” “infront of clients” should be expressed as “in front of clients,” and “well oriented” does not clearly describe an efficiently managed reception. “Entertainment” is also vague when referring to what visitors might use while waiting. Aim for precise, natural collocations and check spelling and word forms. This would help you express the same relevant ideas more clearly and professionally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
Your letter communicates its main points, but grammatical control is uneven. Most sentences use simple structures, and attempts to combine ideas sometimes produce errors or incomplete sentences. For example, “The reception area occupy small space” has subject–verb disagreement and a missing article, while “Basic information about office timing” is not a complete sentence. There are also errors in sentence boundaries and punctuation, such as the run-on sequence “I am writing this letter … reception area. The reception area…”. The closing “Your Sincerely” also shows difficulty with a standard grammatical form. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using clauses such as “because” or “which.” Check articles, agreement, and punctuation when proofreading.
