During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants.

Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter

• remind him when and where you met
• tell him what kind of job you are interested in
• say why you think you would be suitable for the job

Dear Ranveer,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Sarah. We met on a flight on 21 July from London to Canada. It was such a pleasant to got an opportunity to meet you and learn about you. You really inspired me that how you had started your business from on one restaurant and today you have chain of restaurants.

As, I told you that, I am a chef by profession and you also told me that some of your restaurants branches are in Canada also. I would like to apply post of head chef in one of your restaurant in Vancouver named Twisted Indian Cuisine.

It is been 10 years me living in Canada. I have done hotel management degree University of British Columbia. After that, I have working experience of 5 years in food industry as a sous chef. I have attached my resume. Let me know, if i am suitable for the position.
