During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants.

Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter

• remind him when and where you met
• tell him what kind of job you are interested in
• say why you think you would be suitable for the job

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to remind you about our heartfelt meeting on plane. We randomly cross our path on flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad. It was fantastic journey I had.

I just want to shred some lights on our conversation, we had met on that flight, I was sitting next to you and you offered a job in your restaurants which could suitable for me.

To commence with, I am very skilled chef working in Taj hotel Ahmedabad, which is renowned five star hotel. I am working there since 2008, I love making distinct cuisines and serving to guest. Moreover, it is my passion for culinary since I was child. I have searched your restaurant and it has enormous views with mesmerizing comments. I intend to start my work as chef at your place.

It would be great if you could offer me such job. I am keen on organizing dishes and serving with care. I am very passionate about cooking . In addition, I have great communication skill which can ultimately helps the reputation of our restaurant.
