During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants.

Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter

• remind him when and where you met
• tell him what kind of job you are interested in
• say why you think you would be suitable for the job

Dear Sir,

I am Dhvani Tailor, writing to remind you about the conversation which we had on the flight last Sunday.

To start with, we had a talk regarding the job position at one of your restaurants while we were travelling together from Canada to Paris on a same flight. You told me to contact you if I am interested in any work. So now, I would like to request you about that I am having impressive skills for making pizzas and pastas. If you allow me to work for your restaurant, then I would definitely surprise you with the taste and presentation.

Additionally, It will help the restaurant to gain more profit by introducing new dishes to the menu. I would never disappoint you with my work. I would say I could be the best Italian chef of the restaurant.

It would be grateful if could hire me for this job. Kindly consider this message and respond back at your earliest convenience.
