Student answer (Band 7.0)
Dear Mr. Wilson,
I hope you are doing well.
My name is Alex, and we recently met on August 3rd on a flight to Delhi from Bangalore. I was sitting next to you and you informed me that you have multiple chains of restaurants all over India. Consequently, I am writing this letter to inquire about job vacancy in one of your restaurants.
I am looking for a position at management level because I have six years of experience working in hotel management. Additionally, I have done graduation in business and management. Therefore, positions such as manager, and human resource will be suitable for me.
Furthermore, I am very friendly, able to work under pressure, and can provide great customer satisfaction. In addition to this, I can also provide references from my previous workplaces. This is because you can get a general overview of my qualities and how I will be a great asset in your team.
I hope you will consider me for one of your vacancies. I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
Alex Xavier
