Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt. You successfully reminded the recipient of the meeting context, identified the desired role, and provided reasons for your suitability. The tone is generally appropriate for a professional letter, although the opening 'I hope you find this letter well' is slightly unnatural (usually 'I hope this letter finds you well'). The ideas are relevant and clearly presented, meeting the requirements of the task effectively. To reach a higher band, ensure that the reasons for your suitability are slightly more detailed, perhaps by linking your specific experience to the needs of a restaurant chain.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is logically organized into three distinct paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points easily. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'Moreover' and 'If I will be choosed', to link ideas. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by punctuation errors, such as the comma splice in the first paragraph ('...to Manchester, I was sitting...'). Additionally, the transition between the meeting details and the job request could be smoother. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring sentences are correctly punctuated would enhance the overall coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'hotel management', 'conferences', and 'dedicated'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'I didnot secured' (should be 'did not secure') and 'vacany' (spelling error). The phrase 'I am having a very good reputation' is also slightly unnatural; 'I have a strong reputation' would be more idiomatic. While your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate your message clearly, you need to work on more precise word choices and correct verb forms to move into the higher band range.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is good. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that detract from the quality of the writing. Examples include 'I am writing this to remind you about our meeting in last week , Thursday,s flight' (incorrect preposition and possessive punctuation), 'I didnot secured' (incorrect tense after 'did'), and 'If I will be choosed' (incorrect conditional structure and passive voice). These errors are noticeable but do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct tense usage will significantly improve your score.
