IELTS Writing Task 1 question

During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants.

Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter

• remind him when and where you met
• tell him what kind of job you are interested in
• say why you think you would be suitable for the job

Dear Mr. Sharma ,

I am writing to remind you about our plane journey . I met with you in a plane going from India to Canada on last weekend and you were sitting next to me . We talked a lot about our life and you told me to contact you regarding a job in your restaurants .

Actually , I have experience in food industry for 3 years. I worked in many restaurants as a supervisor which will make me more responsible about my duties and responsibilities.

Furthermore , I worked in fast placed location too like Tim Hortons which helps me to provide quick service .

Therefore , I would like to work as a supervisor , also it could be a cook too . I would appreciate if you could help me .
