Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The letter covers all three bullet points required by the prompt. You successfully reminded the recipient of the meeting context, identified the desired role, and explained your suitability through your academic and professional background. The tone is generally appropriate for a business-related letter, although the opening 'Dear Sir' is a bit generic; using the name of the businessman would have been more professional. The ideas are relevant and clearly presented, meeting the requirements of the task effectively.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your message. You use some basic cohesive devices like 'As I know' and 'I believe', but the flow could be improved with a wider range of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition'). The progression of ideas is clear, moving from the introduction to the request and finally the justification. Paragraphing is present, though the transition between the second and third paragraphs feels slightly abrupt. Overall, the structure is functional and easy to follow.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, such as 'professional background' and 'hotel management'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'motivate me to choose career' (should be 'motivated me to pursue a career') and 'in whole India' (should be 'across India'). Some phrasing is a bit simplistic, like 'I hope you are doing well'. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more precise business-related terminology and ensure collocations are natural.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include 'I met you on flight' (missing article 'a'), 'their is lot to learn' (should be 'there is a lot'), and 'Your faithfully' (should be 'Yours faithfully'). While these errors do not prevent the message from being understood, they indicate a lack of control over basic grammar and punctuation. Increasing the variety of complex structures while focusing on accuracy would significantly improve your score.
