During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants.

Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter

• remind him when and where you met
• tell him what kind of job you are interested in
• say why you think you would be suitable for the job

Dear Smith,

Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to inform you that if you rembember me that we had met in flight we sat togather and during that time we have a discussion about a job in one of your restaurant. A part from that, you told me you own 5-6 resturants in Delhi.

However, I want ot share my interest of work that I like to do a job as a waiter in a resturant because I had a experience in manging hotel. Furthermore, I had done diploma in hotel managment course so I am looking forward that you will give me this position and it would really be greatful of you. Firstly, this position is very challenging and you are also finding someone who have a good experience in customer service so this is my scenario of qualification that I share you.

Moreover, I am very talented in memorizing all the menues and order of customer. Secondly, I am good at multitasking. Lastly, cleaning department comes under this position and in that thing I had done mastery. So,that's why this job is really situable for me.
