I am very interested in working in the hospitality industry because I enjoy interecting with people and provide good customer service. I am hardworking, friendly, and responsible person. In addition, I aslo have a good communication skills and can work well in the tem. I believe that working in your restarunment give me a valuable opportunity to develop my skills and gain experience.
I would be greatful if you could let me know whether there are any suitable vacancies available in your restaurants, I would also aprriciate it if you could provide further information about the job resposibility, working hours and salary.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The letter covers all three required points: you identify the flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai last week, state your interest in hospitality work, and explain that you are friendly, hardworking, responsible, and enjoy serving customers. The request for information about vacancies and job conditions also gives the letter a clear purpose. These details make the response relevant and complete overall. However, the job you want remains broad: “working in the hospitality industry” does not specify a role, such as waiter, receptionist, or kitchen assistant. Your reasons for suitability are also mostly listed rather than supported with an example or relevant experience. Naming a particular position and briefly showing how your skills fit it would make the content more fully developed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The information is arranged in a sensible sequence: you open with your purpose, recall the meeting, describe your interest and qualities, and close with a request and thanks. Paragraphing helps distinguish these stages, and linking phrases such as “During our conversation” and “In addition” guide the reader. The overall progression is clear, though some connections feel mechanical, and the final paragraph combines several requests in one long sentence. The opening and closing also use formal letter conventions, but “Respected sir” and “Your sincerely” are not well matched to the more natural tone of the rest of the letter. Use a consistent salutation and sign-off, and separate the request for vacancies from the request for job details to make the organisation smoother.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “job opportunity,” “customer service,” “communication skills,” “vacancies,” and “working hours.” This is enough to communicate your purpose, but the range is somewhat limited and several spelling errors reduce accuracy: “conversion,” “appriciated,” “encourangement,” “interecting,” and “restarunment.” Some expressions are also imprecise or unnatural, such as “work well in the tem” and “job resposibility.” These errors do not prevent the reader from understanding the letter, but they make it less polished. Check spelling carefully and choose more precise job-related language, for example, naming a specific restaurant role and referring to its duties.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The letter includes both simple statements and longer sentences, such as the sentence beginning “During our conversation,” so there is some variety in structure. The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors appear across the response. For example, “I am hardworking, friendly, and responsible person” needs an article, while “I aslo have a good communication skills” has an agreement and article problem. In “working in your restarunment give me,” the subject and verb do not agree, and “I enjoy interecting with people and provide” does not maintain a parallel verb form. Punctuation and spacing also need attention, including the missing space after “last week.” Review articles, subject–verb agreement, and parallel structures, then proofread sentence boundaries.
