The issue of lack of space availability has rose significantly in many suburban areas while building new residents. However, the countryside areas foster a solution to combat this issue by diverting all the new construction there. Many individuals argue that it is crucial to prevent the countryside areas by not letting anyone to make new homes there. Both the aspects are explained further in this essay.

The former view suggests utilizing space available in countryside is the solution to overcome the increasing demand of population in urban areas. This is because the cities are left with no space to accommodate the increasing population. To cope up the situation, moving to countryside would make a great impact to meet public expectations. In addition, the annual gross income has been increased all over the world along with the population. This occurrence has fueled the demand of new homes, as everyone wants a separate house, which can be fulfilled by reverse migration, from cities to small villages.

On the other hand, critics have their own counterclaims for not building new homes in the countryside. The primary reason they put forward is to protect the nature. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout, concluding that countryside development should be avoided. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention the need for housing and the environmental impact, the arguments lack depth and specific examples. For instance, the suggestion to use 'vertical' housing at the end is cut off, which prevents a fully developed argument. To improve, ensure each body paragraph provides a more detailed explanation or a concrete example to support your claims, rather than just stating the points. The response is also incomplete at the end, which impacts the overall task completion.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas from the introduction to the conclusion. You use some cohesive devices such as 'In addition', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion' to link your thoughts. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical, and there are minor issues with referencing and flow. For example, the phrase 'Both the aspects are explained further' is slightly awkward. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of cohesive devices and ensuring that the logical flow between sentences is smoother and less repetitive.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, such as 'reverse migration', 'counterclaims', and 'natural habitat'. However, there are several instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors. For example, you wrote 'lack of space availability has rose' (should be 'risen'), 'building new residents' (should be 'residences'), and 'loose it's beauty' (should be 'lose its'). These errors occasionally distract the reader. To improve, focus on learning the correct collocations for common academic topics and pay closer attention to word forms and spelling, particularly with possessives and verb tenses.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include 'the only space available... is in the countryside' (correct), but then 'not letting anyone to make' (should be 'to build'), and 'problems arise from' (should be 'problems arising from'). There are also issues with subject-verb agreement and preposition usage. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like incorrect verb forms and missing articles, which will help increase the accuracy of your writing.
