In many country, the demand of new housing is increasing day by day, While amount of land for housing is limited in city. As a result, some people argue that new house should be built in countryside. Others believe that it is more vital to protect rural area and not built new accommodations there. In this essay we will discuss both perspectives and explain.

First and foremost, cities are become more over crowded. There are many factors for that such as population growth, urbanization, globalization, migration and many more. Building accommodation in rural area in the best option to reduce over crowding in cities area. Because of over population can increase the price of the house and rent. It makes difficult for the people to find affordable accommodations.

On the other hand, Build new houses in countryside can cause serious environmental consequences. Forest, farmland and natural resources can destroy to make new houses and also create negative impact on wild life and nature. Because of urbanization many people left rural area as result, urban area increasing. The growth of large residential areas in the countryside may also increase traffic and pollution. The growth of large residential areas in the countryside may also increase traffic and pollution.

In my opinion, government should take charge for it. They can use existing land in cities before use countryside land. They can rebuilt abandoned, empty building and unused land for building new houses.

In conclusion, new housing is essential as per demand but we should also protect the countryside for environmental and social reasons.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address the central issue and give relevant reasons on both sides: housing pressure in cities, affordability, and the environmental costs of building in rural areas. Your own position is also present: you recommend using urban land and buildings before countryside land. However, the response promises to “discuss both perspectives” without fully explaining when countryside development might be justified, and the proposed urban alternatives are listed rather than supported with an example or explanation of their feasibility. The conclusion restates the need for housing and countryside protection but does not sharpen your position. Develop each main point with a specific example and make your preferred approach explicit throughout.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two paragraphs presenting contrasting considerations, your opinion, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “First and foremost,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the progression. This coherent arrangement meets the expected level, and the separate opinion paragraph makes your stance easy to locate. To make the progression more fluent, avoid repeating the sentence about traffic and pollution, and connect ideas more precisely: the sentence about people leaving rural areas does not clearly explain how it supports the environmental point. Some transitions feel formulaic, and the opening says you will explain but does not preview your actual position.

Lexical Resource: Band 6.0

You use an adequate range for the topic, including “overcrowded,” “affordable accommodations,” “environmental consequences,” “natural resources,” and “residential areas.” These choices communicate the main ideas, and some topic-specific vocabulary adds useful precision. There are, however, several inaccurate or awkward word choices and collocations, such as “demand of new housing,” “in the best option,” and “negative impact on wild life and nature.” “Accommodation” is also used inconsistently as a countable plural. Aim for more natural combinations and check word forms and spelling, including “overcrowded” and “wildlife.” More precise vocabulary would help distinguish urban redevelopment from expansion into rural land.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a cause-and-effect explanation and the conditional idea “They can use existing land in cities before use countryside land.” However, grammatical control is uneven, and errors occur in basic sentence patterns as well as longer clauses. Examples include “In many country,” “cities are become,” “new house should be built,” and the fragment “Because of over population can increase the price.” Subject–verb agreement, articles, plurals, and verb forms need particular attention. Capitalisation after commas and sentence boundaries also require checking. Practise building complete clauses with a clear subject and finite verb, then review each sentence for agreement and articles; this will make your ideas easier to read.
