Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this world, population growth is increasing in humongus way by everyday. Because of that, demand of homes are getting up. In some countries like China and India, main city's population is inclining 10% by every day. So, they do not have enogh space to make more houses. In my opinion it is okay make homes in country side but we also have to take care that construction will not affect people who are living there and while building it we are not harming environment. It will also help in development of countrysites.
Firstly, countrysides and villages they also need a cahnce to grow. Building societies there will bring more businesses and opportunities to people who lives there. Sometimes students who lives in villages they have to travell all the way to city to get good education develpment of that area will bring oppotunities to build more schools and hospital and other facilities so they do not have to make that up down.
Secondly, if we take a look from the side of economy, prices of houses are increasing immensly. Usually countryside homes are more cheaper then the main city. People who can not afford home in city they will definetly prefer to buy there own home and move to small town rather then paying rent. It will also help in city government and crowd will get more balanced between city and countryside.
To conclude, creating dream place where there is space for humans, animals and nature all together is a art and that is the art that government needs to work on.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear: you support building homes in the countryside, provided construction does not harm residents or the environment. You address the main issue and give relevant reasons, including local development, access to schools and hospitals, and more affordable housing. These points show a sound response to the task. However, some ideas are asserted rather than fully explained: for example, the claim that city populations are increasing by 10% every day is not clarified or supported, and the environmental condition in your introduction is not developed in the body. To strengthen the response, explain how development can be planned to protect farmland, wildlife, and existing communities, and support key claims with more precise examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction states your opinion, two body paragraphs present separate reasons, and the conclusion returns to the relationship between people and nature. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “To conclude” help readers follow the argument. This coherent arrangement is a strength. Some connections within paragraphs are less smooth, however. The first body paragraph moves from business opportunities to students’ travel and then to facilities without clearly showing how each point follows from the previous one. The phrase “It will also help in city government” is also difficult to connect to the preceding point. Use clearer topic sentences and linking explanations, and make references such as “there” and “that” more precise.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “population growth,” “construction,” “environment,” “economy,” and “afford.” These choices help communicate your main ideas about housing and development. However, the range and control are limited by repeated general words such as “help,” “make,” and “more,” as well as several inaccurate or unnatural expressions. For instance, “demand of homes are getting up” and “development of that area” do not express the ideas naturally, while spelling errors such as “humongus,” “enogh,” and “definetly” are noticeable. Build a more precise vocabulary for housing and rural planning, and check spelling and collocations carefully so that your meaning is consistently easy to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional structures such as “if we take a look from the side of economy” and a relative clause in “people who can not afford home in city.” This shows an effort to express connected ideas rather than relying only on short statements. However, grammatical control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “demand of homes are getting up,” “students who lives,” and “it is okay make homes,” which show problems with agreement and sentence construction. Articles and plurals are also often missing or inaccurate, as in “in city” and “more cheaper.” Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then extend them with subordinate clauses while checking agreement, articles, and verb forms.
