Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some people think that building a new properties in countryside areas put a negative effect on enviourment and construction should be stop in these areas.
This trend has both pros and cons but i think it government should make these house with some requirements.
On the one side , Building a new house outside the cities prevents the demolish of history building because if the construction will be countryside and on flat spaces then there will be no need to knock down these downtown buildings to build a new houses. Apart from that, Outside construction put high effect on traffic as well as folks life as builder can make new house without any intrepution from locals and traffic.Construction boots the economy of any area and give jobs to locals so stopping this would put a negative effect on workers Daily life.
On the other side, Having a buildings in a countryside areas put a downgrades effects on a forest life beacuse number of trees have been cut down and area has to been in a level for these houses constrction which effect wild life. For example,
Last year More than 100 acer forest area had been swipedown just because of
100 new houses. In my opinion, Government can play crucial role in this sitiuation Such as, aware the people about this issue, focusing on appartment trend rather than solo houses and runs a advertising to save countryside areas.
At the end, I would say that making a new house is a basic need of human but it can be done with good rules and regulations which can be best for human and enviournment.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your response addresses the question and gives a recognisable position: you accept that homes are needed but argue that construction should follow government rules. You also consider both sides, mentioning jobs and pressure on historic city buildings as possible benefits, and damage to forests and wildlife as costs. These are relevant points, and the example of forest being cleared for housing helps illustrate your concern. However, some ideas are not fully explained: the link between countryside building and avoiding demolition downtown is asserted rather than demonstrated, and your proposed measures—public awareness, apartments and advertising—need clearer explanation of how they would protect rural land while meeting housing needs. Develop these points with specific reasoning and keep your position explicit throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a clear overall shape, with an introduction, paragraphs presenting opposing considerations, and a concluding opinion. Signposts such as “On the one side,” “On the other side,” and “At the end” help readers follow the broad structure. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to track: the first body paragraph moves quickly from historic buildings to traffic, local residents and employment without clearly showing how each point connects to the main argument. Some linking phrases are also awkward or repetitive, and references such as “this” in “stopping this” are not fully precise. Group related ideas, use transitions that express the actual relationship between them, and make each paragraph develop one central point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “construction,” “traffic,” “economy,” “wild life,” and “rules and regulations,” so the main subject is generally understandable. There are also attempts to express more specific ideas, such as “downtown buildings” and “apartment trend.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to interpret: “put a negative effect,” “boots the economy,” and “swipedown” do not convey the intended meaning naturally. Spelling errors such as “enviourment,” “beacuse,” and “sitiuation” also reduce clarity. Build a reliable set of phrases for discussing environmental impact and housing, and check spelling and collocations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple statements and attempts at longer sentences, including a conditional construction beginning “if the construction will be countryside” and a relative clause about builders making homes. This shows an effort to vary sentence forms, but complex structures are often faulty, and errors sometimes make the intended relationships unclear. For example, “building a new properties … put” has problems with number and subject–verb agreement, while “the area has to been in a level” has an incorrect verb construction. Articles and plurals are also inconsistent in phrases such as “a new houses” and “a buildings.” Work on accurate basic sentence patterns first, then practise conditionals and clauses; proofread agreement, articles, verb forms and punctuation.
