Student answer (Band 4.5)
In my opinion ,i will fully agree with those people who wanted to protect country side.Country side is only use for forestation and cropping purpose.
There are two aspect of this opinion. Some other people have different point of view regarding building of new houses in country side due to lack of space.
One side of this opinion suggest that the country side should be protected from the construction mafia.
Country side is only place left for forestation and cropping naturally without using chemicals. It is also the house of other species living in country sides.Forexample In summer due to the country side temperature is quiet bearable due to forestation , air pollution is reduced , it is other species home. The nature is quiet preserved in country side.
Second aspect of other people opinion leads to building of houses in country sides.Increasing the temperature in summer making it unbearable.Excessive air pollution, no nature preservation lead to other health diseases.Loss of other species . In my conclusion i would say over -population is the main issue for the destruction of the country side .We can prevent this by spreading awareness regarding house building in country sides

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
Your position is clear: you agree that the countryside should be protected, and you give relevant reasons, including its value for farming, forests, wildlife and cleaner air. The example about summer temperatures also supports your view. However, the response addresses the opposing view only briefly and does not explain why housing is needed or weigh that need against protection. Several points, such as “other health diseases” and overpopulation, are asserted rather than developed with explanation or a specific example. The response is also 57 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to develop your argument. To strengthen the response, explain each main reason and include a relevant example before concluding.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is an identifiable overall structure: you introduce your opinion, present reasons for protecting the countryside, mention the opposing position, and finish with a conclusion. The phrases “One side” and “Second aspect” signal a contrast, and the reader can generally follow the main topic. However, the progression is not consistently logical: the paragraph beginning “Second aspect” lists negative effects of pollution and loss of nature, which appear to support protection rather than explain the case for building homes. Ideas are also crowded together, and links between them are sometimes unclear. Use separate paragraphs for your position, the opposing argument and your response, and make each paragraph’s purpose explicit with accurate transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “construction,” “air pollution,” “forestation,” “species” and “over-population,” so the reader can understand the general subject. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, especially “country side” and “opinion.” Some word choices or combinations are unnatural, such as “construction mafia,” “the house of other species,” and “other health diseases”; these can make the intended meaning less precise. Spelling and form also need attention, for example “Forexample” and “country sides.” Build a more accurate set of expressions for discussing land use, housing demand and environmental effects, and check that words combine naturally in context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple statements and longer sentences, for example “There are two aspect of this opinion” and the sentence beginning “In summer due to the country side temperature.” However, the range is limited, and attempts to connect several ideas often produce faulty sentence structures. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in “There are two aspect” and “One side … suggest”; articles and plurals are also inconsistent. Punctuation and capitalisation are unreliable, as in “In my opinion ,i” and the run-on sequence after “Forexample.” These errors sometimes make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Practise writing complete sentences with one main idea, then add subordinate clauses and check agreement, articles and punctuation.
