You work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
• say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it

Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my interest to work about half of the year at head office branch of our company, since I got selected through online interviews by HR department.

I am interested to work there as it offers me to work as a Web developer in IT department, this could not not only relevant for me to gaining such a great experience but also make a profit margin for our business if I could able to learn about innovation skills on how to make digital websites.

I already make an arrangement to handle my responsibilities at my present job, for that I hired a professional assistant who is well- talented in doing the Data entry tasks. However, I only required your approval to join that employee in my absence.

I would like request you could you please provide an assistance regarding my travel expenses and could you please arrange a hotel reservation for my stay over there.
